what is the best to avoid that emails sent from a server don’t fall into the spam box?

We have a website and we have many subscribers, we have started to send them newsletters and email marketing emails but most of them are going straight to the spam folder of my members, more than 60% of the emails.

Is there anyone who knows a way to avoid or at least reduce this number?

Your mailserver:
- should not be blacklisted, check out www.mxtoolbox.com

Your messages:
- should be unique
- have a salutation, body and closing & signature
- should have an opt out
- should not contain questionable words (medicine, drugs, arms, hate, etc)

Write articles and submit to directories, paid advertisments such as Google Adwords or other PPC programs. Just promote promote promote.

i made a web site and whet to add newsletter, for all my subscribers how do i sand in one email to all of them .

Depending on who your host is, they may have "email lists" available inside the admin panel. You can easily create an email list and send a group email.

Also, you can, with a little coding, create a subscription table that stores a few bits of information (like the users email, user name, etc) and you can generate some emails using a cron job and php . .

If you are not into coding, there are also some apps out there that will do it all for you. Probably even some free ones. Just try to google "free subscription software" or "free newsletter application" and similar search terms.
