As always I’m here to help the community, thank you all for your recent support in a troubling time for me. It is not my personality to start problems, only to resolve them.

Very easy, at the …
Very easy, at the top of the page you see your Youtube id. Put your mouse over it and a drop-down will appear. Click “Account” and a new screen will appear. Click “Manage Account” from the options on the left side of the screen, you’ll need to enter your password and a reason before it allows you to delete it. Hope this helps!

Excellent question …
Excellent question Pete, if you hit the “subscriptions” link below your user id at the top corner of the page, it will bring up a list of your subscriptions’ most recent videos. If you start at the very bottom of that page and select all the names, then paste plain text (control + T) into a word document, you can get a plain text version that you can copy and paste into an Excel file. Depending on your version of Office, it may prompt you about multiple styles, just allow it to convert (Yes)

(I just subscibed to you). I am trying to compile a single-page list (which I would then alphabetize) of all my subscribers (which total about 150) – to be able to easily see at a glance who comprises my subscibership. I tried copying and pasting them onto a Word Excel sheet but I created a mess, as the photos “got in the way” plus the links caused a 2nd problem. Much obliged for any help you can provide.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the new system? If you come across some You Tube computer geeks…keep me in mind. It drives me crazy it being there.

I haven’t dealt with that specific set of circumstances. This is a work-around that I stumbled across in a help forum and not a true fix-all from YT. Wish I could be more help!

What happens if …
What happens if they are on your page as a friend and a subscriber but they do NOT appear on your address list. His account was suspended. I tried to add him and then delete and it did not work.
When I added him it showed up in a category by himself beneath the friend list with an “X” in red shown.

I agree Tom, Subs …
I agree Tom, Subs dont mean shit. The people you associate with and make friend is the most important thing.
Deleting those dead accts, makes it easier to find the active people to contact in your address book. Instead of scrolling thru rows and rows of contacts.
Great tip ! Good looking out once again !

you should keep track of the total number of subcribers you delete for reasons of inactivity, might be a gauge of how many fake accounts are made for contests and what not.
